To our dear colleagues, clients and friends,
We at VCFI and VCEFT are grief stricken by the overt racism we have witnessed recently in the United States and within our own country. Listening to our BIPOC colleagues, our eyes have been opened to the covert systemic racism that is in the air we breathe. We stand together with our marginalized communities, to fight racism and discrimination based on colour, faith, gender, and sexuality. We pledge to create an environment that promotes inclusivity, dignity and respect and above all celebrates our exquisite diversity.
